When I spoke with them they were so sweet, kind & courteous. They made good on their RUSH shipping, for sure, and WOWed me with their customer service - even telling me I could keep the original package when it arrived, if i chose to. Absolutely love this "haunted house". The perfect addition to my Halloween decor. The timer for the lights is great, especially as a busy mom. This lets me add the magic without adding to my mental load. I got all three houses on the new light timers and hope they'll update the other models to have the same timers too!
